Buntopin is dedicated to providing high-quality art prints and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the guidelines for returning products purchased from our website, https://buntopin.com. We aim for a fair and transparent return process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Unopened and Unused Items: We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all seals intact.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or full refund. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Custom Orders: Please note that custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exceptions: Certain items, such as digital downloads, gift cards, and final sale items, are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Customer Support: To start a return, please contact our customer support team at info@buntopin.com or call us at 631-951-2721. Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product. Do not send products back without an RA number, as this will delay the return process.
Return Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all components and accessories. Include the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items and purchasing optional insurance.
3. Refunds
Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow some time for your financial institution to process the refund.
